The new developments will be in Majorca, Ibiza, Alicante and Murcia regions. On the Costa Blanca, and more specifically in Torrevieja, it will raise a new phase of its Punta Prima development, in collaboration with the Gomendio Real Estate Group. On the Costa del Sol it has already launched five new property developments.

Taylor Wimpey achieved a profit of 24 million euros in 2016, which is the double than the figure got in 2015 thanks to an improved amount of sales in Majorca, Costa del Sol and Costa Blanca, which seems to be the key areas for the British company.
